Served as a plt sgt with Alpha Troop, 2/17th Cav, 1st Brigade, 101 in '66-'67. Great site for all 1st Brigade vets. Alpha Troop had orders cut by Brigade making us "4th Provisional Rifle Company" becuase, at one time or another, we were attached to both bns of the 327 and the 2/502nd. Keep up the good work. Airborne - we know how far!

I would like to locate an old friend, SSG Art Campbell, 2/327 (1967/68) and PIO. He was also in charge of the brigade PIO Lab at Phan Range at one time. I don't recall where Art was from. Any help in locating him would be greatly appreciated.

Dale and other "No Slackers"

You have a winner here, Screaming Eagles! Good job, keep it up. I will link this site to ours. Please do the same.

For those of you "Bastogne Bulldogs" who wants one of those stainless steel 8 ounces flask with your battalion crest, wings, CIB, CMB, or Air Assault on it, check it out in our PX on our 3-506th website: www.currahee.org. That goes for any of the other items that we offer and can put your unit/tour dates on. AIRBORNE! Jerry in MT

If I had only one person to shake hands with and give a big man to man hug, that would be SGFC E-7 James T. Colley of HHC/2/327th Inf (Abn). Knew no greater leader or a man amoungst men

Leadership ability is vaguley defined, and often sought. One person person I met in my life who had such characteristics was the CO for B Co 1/327th 101st Abn during the battle of FSB Ripcord,
CT Terry A. Mills, AKA "Terrible Terry".
Many of your troops want to say thanks.
