Is looking for any pictures of known MIA's and would like to have copies He has a book that will travel with the Division Assiocation Reunion. This book will contain the information and picture of each Screaming Eagle that is MIA.
If he can get a picture of all 72 and can verify it is said MIA he will add it to the book. He has added even those who have since had remains recovered.

LT Packard was our plt leader, wally was my sq leader ,was there from69-70 wilson, clucuss was 2 of my best friends would give anything to hear from any of my buddies who served with me,This might ring a bell for somebody it was our platoons turn to sweep the railroad tracks and to look for boobytraps and so forth we found a armed log in bobwire pointing toward the tracks and we raidoed the Lt to see if we could blow it up in its place but the Lt wouldn,t let us blow it he wanted us to bring it back to our LZ so he could blow it up, so I looked for trip wires and other booby traps and carefully took it out of the wire, then we started back and I told my buddies who was with me on our sweep to walk way ahead of me so if something happened it wouldn,t kill us all it would just kill me and nobody else, when we got back the Lt had a big hole dug and had me throw it in the hole so he could blow it up with gernade,he always picked on me because he didn,t like me at all hey if any of my buddies remember this please get in touch with me please I would give anything to hear from any of you guys

Wow! Reading through all the entries on this site makes me realize how much memory I've lost. I was in A Co, 1/327 and transferred to 42nd Scout Dogs Sep 67. What was the name of that Platoon Sgt that wore a brown watch cap and had a waxed handle bar mustash? I hear Ghost Rider is alive.

I was a member of Alpha Co. 1/327th ABU Assasins from Jan. 1980 to August 1981. I would like to contact people who served in the unit at that time. My affiliation with the US military ended in 1997 after I moved to England. Is there anybody out there who travelled with us to San Mateo Cal? How about Steve Vaughn, Bobby Ide, Chris Quick or Joe O'Conner? Is there anybody out there?
