I started my tour in the central highlands with company B 2/35th 4th Inf Division Aug. 1970. Transferred to Charlie company 1/327th on Nov 1, 1970-71. We used dog teams on a regular basis and I believe I have a couple of photos (somewhere) of a dog by the name of Smokey with his handler which my platoon used several times.

I also have my original topo maps of the firebases with their locations marked as well as a map that includes the A Shau Valley.
