My name is Frank Harper and I was in MCB-5 in 1971 at Ta Kou and Ca Mau. I have been back to Vietnam 12 times to find kids that I photographed during the war. I found 9 out of 11 kids and that is a whole other story. But I did buy 110 Dog Tags and one of the Dog Tags said James R Wall, SSAN, HH3 426 Supply and Service BN, Camp Eagle - K-9 Bobbie. This tag was actually issued to a dog. You can email me if you have information. Thank you
