Pete was my roommate for the second year of law school at U of Penn. I was so sad to see that he left us at such a young age (at least he was dancing). I remember after a brutal exam in wills and trust, Pete told me about the complex trust question that ended with "you are X's attorney, advise X" and Pete recalled that his answer was "I'd advise X to see another attorney". It didn't help that our apartment was right above Smokey Joe's bar and grill. After the second year Pete decided the U.S. army was his best career choice. I've missed him every day since he left.
