Served with the Abu 1/327th, Above the Rest, was attached to HHC, went to train the cadets at West Point in 1980 (combat support deployment), we were stationed at Camp Natural Bridge, deployed to Vieques in 1981 at Camp Garcia (Real Life Threat). The navy were using that island as target practice, the “cowboys” on that island did not want us there and we had a few run ins. Was stationed there 80 thru 83, 11B primary, 91B combat medic secondary and had OJT 96B Military Intell (was in charge of the armory) S-2 for the last 100 days before I ETS’d, anyone there? Worked in PAC, kinda knew everyone. My nickname was “Ranger Jack Meehan” lol, contact me!!
