Guestbook
Hi everyone, I’m hoping to connect with anyone who may have served with my grandfather in Vietnam.
Name: Kenyon Ray Hamilton
Unit: HHC, 1st Battalion, 327th Infantry Regiment, 101st Airborne Division (Airmobile)
Dates: Inducted 24 April 1968, returned from Vietnam and discharged 13 January 1970
(So his Vietnam tour was roughly early 1969 through January 1970.)
He was a combat medic. He told us he always carried a Bible, and that people called him “Preacher Man” or “Doc.”
He passed away last year. He only ever told us a few things about his service, but as I’m learning more I feel like I’m getting to know him better. If anyone remembers him or served alongside him, I would be very grateful to hear anything.
Thank you.
