I am still looking to find one or all of these people
that I served with, Have found a couple and have talked with them. I only remember last names, but
some are Massey, Peterson( spelled wrong ?) from ohio, Shumacker (again spelling wrong) from
either Oregon or Montana, Bowen from Montana,
Johnson, was brother to boxer Marvin Johnson from Indianapolis, Alsridge, from Alabama, Richard Mulkey from Indianapolis and lived down the street from my mom, on Rybolt St. and a Dent(first name may have been Harry). If anyone at there knows any of these guys let them know I would like to get in touch with them for several reasons. First to say
Hey and the next to see if anyone remembers when I got hit with shrapnel in leg, was treated in field and never made it to my med records. Am having trouble with that leg and can't get anywhere
with the VA. Need signed letters that this happened and who treated it. Please feel free to call with or without the knowledge of this incident
if you know where these guys are. Still looking forward to hearing from anyone who was B 2/327th!
during 66-67.
Get in touch with me at 3174842547 or Crowshouse@peoplepc.com

Just another brother that made it home

I have been researching my Granfathers military history and have found that he "James William Cunningham" was with the "82nd Infantry Division, 327th Infantry Regiment, Easy Company, when it was formed in 1917, during World War One. He served with the 327th in Europe until it's return to the States, at the close of "The War to End All Wars". I am very proud to know that my Grandfather served with such an OutStanding Unit as the 327th Infantry Regiment. A Great Web Site, and many thanks for the information provided here

This site works. I posted a message on page 14 , March 2004. I got a email and then a phone call from my Brothers SLACK man. MOON, When we talked I would finish the sentence, and he would do the same to me, the stories were exact almost word for word. He did tell me a few that George (Martin from Maine) didn't tell me. I have a son SSgt USMC and now he has told me the horrors of war from the first shot fired in March of 2003. FREEDOM isn't FREE. Lets hope that our grand kids won't have to fight on US soil. God Bless every one that has had to protect our FREEDOM. Thanks Donald

I am looking for any information pertaining to my brother who served in Vietnam with A Co 1/327th Infantry during 1965. He arrived there in July 1965 and died in October 1965. Anyone with any information on PVT or PFC CHARLES WAYNE STEVENS would be greatly appreciated. We would like to know the truth, he deserves that much for the record to be set straight. Any photos that anyone may have would also be great. Thanks to all that have served and is now serving. God Bless!! We Remember!!
