My stepson PFC Joseph J. Duenas served with the 101st, D Co, 1-327 IN. He died March 30, 2006 in Iraq.
I am writing a memorial for him. I want to be sure I understand the meaning of BASTOGNE.
Bastogne played a major role during the Battle of Bastogne in World War II. On December 21, 1944, the German Army surrounded the city, trapping the U.S. 101st Airborne Division and other units. The 101st's defense of Bastogne was credited with slowing up the Germans' push for the port of Antwerp.
Is Bastogne! the battle cry for the 327th

ATR.
I was with Alpha company 1st platoon late 1970-71.
I was the platoon leaders RTO.
I have tried to locate some of the brothers that were in my platoon when I was there. I recently found some photos with names.
I would like to know if anyone is aware of Lt. Lattanzi, Sgt. Stuart who I think was from Pocatello Idaho, Tom Perez and another with the last name of Rosado?
If anyone is aware of these guys, I'd like to be able to get the information if possible.
I'm in Southern California.
None of these names are on the ABU roster.
Thanks,
