Comments: I served with Company D, 2nd, 327th from May 1968 to August 10, 1968 when i was wounded in the friendly fire incident. I took a shrapnel wound to my neck that paralyzed my upper right side for over 6 months. I was subsequently sent to Walter Reed AMC and retired for physical disability in February 1969. I can not recall my platoon # or squad #.
