We just lost another 327 Brother. Pat Payne B 1/327 went over on the “Boat” He passed away last month. He was dealing with seven different Agent Orange related cancers.

Payne Rifle — This is a picture of Pat February 7, 1966, after the action he was awarded the DSC. Notice the bullet damage on the stock of his M-14. He was the only man in the platoon that carried an M-14 because he was designated platoon sniper.
