Went on an ambush last night,
Shit it was cold and wet.

Went on an ambush last night
and I haven’t slept yet.

We did fifthteen clicks today and
there isn’t anybody dead yet.

Tomorrow, will bring a new day just
like yesterday it will be cold and wet.

It’s been a few weeks now and we have
some wounded, but no dead yet.
