Although I was never assigned to the battalion, I served as artillery forward observer Oct ’66 – July ’67. I was first assigned to the Battalion TOC as RTO for the Arty LNO section. On promotion to Sgt, I went to Brave Rifles as Arty Recon Sgt. Served Kontum, Phan Thiet, Duc Pho. Evaced from Malheir II.
